Employees are eligible to receive a merit raise in July of each
year based upon their work performance during the previous year.
Department Heads are authorized to grant spot bonuses for work
"above and beyond the call of duty." There is an
Employee of the Month award program. Each employee who is
employed at the time of distribution is eligible to receive a
payment from the Resident Christmas Fund. The amount of the
payment is determined in part by the number of hours worked. |
